Co-production

At Sequoia, we use an Educational Co-production model for the creation and evaluation of individualized curriculum Pathways. Educational Co-production refers to a collaborative approach where students, their families, and professionals work together as equal partners to design and deliver instructional planning, policies, and programs. It's about recognizing the expertise and insights of students and families and involving them in all stages of decision-making, from planning and implementation to evaluation. By viewing students and families as equal partners, we are able to create a more inclusive, responsive, and effective school environment. Co-production represents a fundamental shift from traditional top-down approaches to one that values the contributions and perspectives of all stakeholders.
